These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Cornwall Property Care website and services.

Services
Cornwall Property Care provides independent damp and mould surveys and written reports. We do not carry out repair works and do not receive commission from contractors.

Survey Reports
Reports are based on visual inspection and non-invasive testing at the time of the survey. Findings represent professional opinion but do not constitute structural certification.

Reliance on Reports

Survey reports are prepared for the sole use of the named client and may not be relied upon by any third party without our prior written consent.

We provide inspection and reporting services only and do not undertake remedial works or supervise repairs.

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be chargeable.

Limitation of Liability
Cornwall Property Care shall not be held liable for issues not visible or detectable at the time of inspection. Survey findings represent professional opinion at the time of inspection and do not constitute a guarantee of the future condition of the property. Conditions may change following the inspection.
